EPC has recently filed lawsuits in federal courts and ITC in the United States, claiming that four of its basic patent portfolio are being sued against InnoSeco (Zhuhai) Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as InnoSeco).

InnoSeco stated that the investigation and litigation initiated by EPC are inconsistent with the facts, and their motives and purposes are questionable. It is also said that InnoSecco‘s intellectual property rights are "clear, traceable, and non infringing".
